Frequently asked questions
What counts as a course?
Each course counts once, in the month you start generating it. Editing it, or generating it again in the same month, doesn't use another one. A course can run up to 15 minutes on Free, 15 on Creator and 30 on Team.
When does my monthly allowance reset?
On the 1st of every calendar month (UTC). Free includes 4 courses a month, Creator 5 and Team 10. Courses you don't use don't carry over.
What happens when I reach the limit?
You can't start another course until the allowance resets, unless you upgrade. Everything you've already made stays available to watch, edit and share.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. In your account, open Billing and choose Manage Billing: Stripe's billing portal lets you cancel, switch plans, update your card and download invoices. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then you're back on Free.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Sign up with Google or an email address and start making courses.
What does Enterprise add?
Course and length limits set for your organization, SCORM export for your LMS, a white-label platform with its own storefront and a dedicated account manager. (API access comes with every plan.) Talk to us to set it up.
