1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MacroAcademy platform ("Service") operated by MacroAcademy ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MacroAcademy is an AI-powered platform for creating, managing, and delivering corporate training courses and academies. The Service includes course creation tools, learning portals, analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • The Service offers free and paid subscription plans with different feature sets.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.

5. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content").
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
  • We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through the Service. You own the output.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate course content, including text, audio, and visual materials.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical applications without independent verification.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by MacroAcademy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
  • We will provide a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACROACADEMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
